Two options to engage us ...

Option A

Full turnkey contract. Design, Procurement and Execution in our scope
Through phone & video discussions we finalise a basic design and specs of the dwelling. Then we submit our turnkey offer which includes project pricing, delivery schedule etc.
Nominal upfront fee Rs 35000/- to engage - which will be adjusted against the advance once you accept the turkey offer and decide to proceed

Option B

Our Scope

Design for site development, Architectural & Structural Design
Specific training of your team for execution, at site
Design of Sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply, Sewerage, Electrical, Electronic, Communication systems, Furniture layout and Landscape
Periodic Inspection & evaluation of construction works
Our fee = Rs xxx per square feet constructed area

Your scope

Appoint a local construction resident engineer, and her/his team of technicians, masons, carpenters, plumbers etc.
Purchase, store and manage all materials
Complete execution of construction - based on our drawings, training to your team, and guidance
Travel + conveyance + short stays (at site) for our 2member team
